Solid performance, good reliability and quick responses to when issues come up ( which is rarely). Their focus is local so the attention is right here which you're not going to get from some giant faceless provider.I'm happy and satisfied and glad they are making the investment to provide solid internet.

Prices are reasonable, service is excellent and internet is fast. Never have had an issue with getting a problem resolved quickly with Kraus cable. Friendly, helpful and locally owned, unlike the other cable companies.

LOVE Kraus Cable & Internet ?Lived in New Lenox and had Comcast for 25+ years. When I moved in Manhattan I was hoping that Comcast would be there. Ended up with Kraus and it is so much better! Yes. kraus is WAY BETTER than Comcast in my option The Internet is amazing! My son and his 3 friends all come here to play Xbox online and are streaming YouTube on the TVs at the same time, using their devices as well and never have any lag time! Plus they are a local company, family owned for generations and nice to talk to. Anytime I have a question or need some thing they are on it immediately! I'm a busy professional, work from home & I recommend this company without hesitation

I recently had an issue with what I thought was service. Beth, the amazing office manager, took so much time to go step by step to reconnect my wifi. She was so patient and made the instructions easy to follow. Turns out service was not the issue, my router was reset. Thanks son. Beth helped me set it back up and didn't make me feel like a dummy. So biggest shout out to Beth. And to the amazing service Kraus provides

Customer since 11/2020. Maybe one connection issue per year... never for very long (maintenence). We have a PC Gamer, two TVs, two phones and two tablets simultaneously running and never had issues. I dont understand all the complaints, thought id stop by to say Kraus is awesome. Very understanding when im living paycheck to paycheck and my payment is late, theyve never threatened to disconnect. 10/10 recommend!

Had this company for 3 years (only option living in Gardner) customer service was ok, costs were definitely over priced & the wifi was slow. Very disappointed in them with my modem refund, as they told me I’d have it within a couple of weeks & it’s going on 2.5 months without my refund & I’ve called 4 times now. Wouldn’t really recommend.

When the WiFi works it’s not too bad but seems like there is an outage every other day. With the price of their services you would imagine they could do something about that. Edit: been dealing with nonstop outages for almost a week now in Gardner. Would be wonderful if there was any intention of fixing this issue. Would really like to use the internet I pay so much for.

Kraus is worried more about blocking me from their Facebook page then fixing an entries towns wifi that is down. Only because I said the town should get a discount for the lack of service. At the same time people are calling the 24/7 hotline and no one is answering. If I could give this company a 0 star rating I would. Your better off getting yourself a pet Pigeon, teaching it to deliver letters, and communicating with people that way versus using their service.

The ONLY option when your house is out of the limits of town. AT&T says they service - called and, No, we actually do not service that address. Same with Xfinity and all the others. Krauss is excellent service - no downtime as yet (4 month on service). I have read other reviews that pricing is not in line with competition, but that is not my experience. I am paying less per month than I was with Xfinity at old address.

Every night for the past 3 nights I have lost internet at my home. Reset countless times the modem. Have had service for about 3 months and internet continues to go down. Doesn't have a 24 hour support line to call like other providers.

Cut me off for 169 bill, I've gone as high as 300 before and never got cut off and I paid it, your NOT allowed to make a payment arrangement with them or even schedule a payment at a later date online has to be paid on that day. Had to also wait a day and a half for a supervisor to come in just so I could tell them the situation, as if they don't trust the others who take the phone calls to make any decision making, when I called they didn't even know when that person might be on like she was out drinking and partying it up all the night before, when the girl finally called me back a day and a half later i wanted to hang up the phone instantly on her, I could just tell by her voice that this isn't someone I want to talk to. Service also isn't good it works most the time but it's a crapshoot.
