This is exactly the type of customer experience I wish to have. Employees are professional, polite, and are genuinely committed to helping you find what you are looking for. He offered a solution to my issue and fixed it. I’m so appreciative the time he took to help me and get my outdoor light shade fixed so I can screw it back in!”

“If I could give 10 stars I would! These people are fabulous. My John Deere tractor had issues and the Deere dealers in the area were saying it would take 6-8 weeks to check it out and fix it. Russo checked it within a few days and it was back soon after-but it was a not fixed, so I called them. They came and picked it up and a week later called to say they were bringing it back. I asked what I owed them and they said no charge. Talk about customer service! I was ready to pay for the additional diagnosis and fix but they said no, it should have been fixed the first time. Nobody does that! They have a customer for life-and when I need to replace the tractor, I will certainly only consider them, instead of Deere.”

Ted was exceptionally helpful in flooring, and I went back specifically because of him to order our flooring there! He helped me decide on colors and also gave us lots of info on installation. Purchase process was great! I would highly recommend him!”

If you are not buying for a business, This is where you can get tools and supplies that are more heavy duty than you would find a a place like a ace hardware.”
