Very unclean (child was ALWAYS sick- I paid more days than my son actually attended due to being sick), lack of communication, unattentive staff for babies (I found my son crying in a corner in a bouncer at the end of the day while two staff members were on the other end of the room talking to one another ignoring my child's needs). Please, please do not be fooled by this place.

To the owners response: I did let you know my concerns and frustrations which fell on deaf ears. You and your staff kept giving conflicting stories which is why I took him out. You also saying you accommodated every schedule change is distasteful since the only time the schedule changed was during Covid when most people's schedules changed and you were still getting paid when I chose not to send him so thank you for being sooo accommodating I guess.A whole year has went by since I left the first review and you decide to respond now? Communication is really a struggle as I stated before.. lol! Good luck to anyone enrolling their child here!

The director doesn’t have great communication skills and is never consistent and extremely hypocritical. Very unprofessional work environment.

No, no, no. I had such high hopes being greeted by a super bubbly welcoming staff member during my tour. I enrolled my child and took him out roughly 2 months later. I understand no daycare will take care of your child the way you do, but when I walked in on my son crying hysterically in a bouncer seat in the corner by himself with no other babies there and two staff members on the other side of the room talking to one another that's when I raised an eyebrow. I figured he was having a bad day. But things like this repeatedly kept happening. My son was CONSTANTLY sick. He ended up with a bad case of hand foot and mouth which landed him in the ER. I was never contacted about this outbreak occurring. When I called first school to tell them they told me they posted a notice on the door. Somehow my husband, me, my mother, and every single person who picked him up from there missed this? Not to mention I know a few others that I met through first school that were super disappointed in the way things were being handled. I was so excited for the great reviews and to find a great fit but please if your gut tells you something isn't right listen to it. The one thing I did like about this place was the security of the building. Other than that I won't be sending my child back.
