Got towed and was charged 380 dollars when there were plenty of spots open. I will never return to this location or Walgreens. I was a regular customer and thought I was fine in customer parking. Apparently not.

Good luck getting through to anyone here. Been trying to refill a prescrition for 3 days. Phone is either busy or you are on hold for 10+ minutes and then it hangs up on you. Their automated refill service doesn't seem to be working either. Just be aware their pharmacy takes up oodles of unnecessary time. I've never had anyone be unfriendly, but I am going to switch my presciptions to CVS because I don't have so much time to waste.

Waited in the drive thru pharmacy line for 30 minutes. Once I got to the front, they said they were closed. I have yet to meet anyone that’s had a positive experience with their pharmacy.

I just sat online for 35 minutes with Walgreens pharmacy. It must be horrible working conditions there right now bulk the girl who answered, didn’t make any pretext of being friendly. My entire phone call took less than 35 seconds! :(

I would like to begin by saying that the staff in the pharmacy are very nice... unfortunately, that is not enough to keep me as a customer.I have had months of extreme frustration by recurring prescriptions not being filled due to no medications in stock. This results in multiple trips to the pharmacy.Text messages stating my prescriptions are ready when they are not.Current prescriptions being cancelled despite it being a current prescription. This even happens the days I've come by three times to pick up the same prescription (trying to give them time to fill it) telling me that they'll have it at a specific time.I have only had this problem to this extent at the Walgreens in Mahomet, IL on Lombard.As I type this review, I have been on hold for 44 minutes!!!Walgreens knew yesterday that I was out of my prescription 2 days ago. I am concerned about my health in not getting this medication filled. I even have it on auto refill.Sadly, by the time I get off hold, if I get off hold, the pharmacy may be closed.If they answer and get it straightened out, I will need to drive the 20 minutes back to the pharmacy for a 4th time. By that time the pharmacy will be closed and I will have to wait yet another day to fill my prescription.I am beyond frustrated and will be transferring all of my prescriptions to a competent pharmacy.

They cancelled our vaccine shot because the pharmacist had an emergency but when we went for the rescheduled appointment they said they had canceled them and not notified us. Always a waste of time. Went to cvs and got the shots we wanted immediately. Poor customer service is Walgreens problem.
