rose is always so passive aggressive and rude when i come in, today she was chit chatting in the back while the line piled up. the sensor goes off everytime you enter the store part, there is also a doorbell on the door to ring that goes off throughout the store for service. i set the alarm off twice, waiting patiently as i heard things scanning, next person comes in. still waiting, then the next person. finally i ring the door bell and she storms out and asks if we rang the bell. i said yes, twice and even set the sensor off as well as others. proceeds to tell me the old school bell on the desk is the bell i need to ring, i said okay. continues to be passive aggressive and rude so finally i told her there is no need to be rude, if you were paying attention it would never be an issue. the only reason i’m doing 3 stars is because the other 2 women who help me, i absolutely adore and love; always so kind when i come in as i am a reseller and come by OFTEN. every encounter with rose has just left a bad taste in my mouth, really needs to work on her people skills and tone of voice.

Lazy lazy postman/woman, can't be bothered to walk an extra 20 steps to place a small package on the front or back covered porch on a day forcasted to have heavy rain and 75mph winds, left it by the garage, uncovered! Glad we were home to witness this unprofessional delivery and retrieve it before more rain arrives.Rather disrespectful as well imo!

I had a package coming from Etsy this week and received a notification from this post office which said "held at post office per customer request". As I hadn't made such a request, I went out to check my mailbox thinking it may have just been a mistake, but inside there was a notice about additional postage money being required to make the delivery.I couldn't get through to them via phone or the online chat, so I drove over there to speak with someone myself and get the package. They said the Etsy seller shouldn't have sent the package that way because the items were bendable/could have been a letter and that's why it would be more money, etc. I paid the fee, and contacted the Etsy business owner.It turns out she still had the receipt and had literally taken my order to the post office to be ship it so it was definitely correct postage the first time. Nevertheless, she went back to her post office and told them my story to try to get a refund for me.To cut to the chase, they were shocked that the Mahomet Post Office had charged additional money for a claim that didn't make sense as a letter would have been less costly. So before you head to this office to deal with nonsense, just be aware that you may want to ask for a manager or to see shipping rates yourself before paying extra. If I didn't have finals coming up next week and wasn't so close to giving birth, I'd go back to deal with them in person on principle alone as this was ridiculous.

The Champaign post office Distribution Center is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST on miss-sending packages to the wrong postal districts!!! I mean it...not once, not twice, not even three times have they messed up....this makes over 5 times for me! I called the post office in MOMENCE, IL to see if my package was there, and sure enough....my package is sitting there. What's amazing, the nice postal worker in Momence told me this is a daily thing with miss-sent packages from Champaign Il post office being sent to them. One time Champaign told me they were understaffed...POOR EXCUSE! DO YOUR JOB, AND DO IT CORRECTLY! It's not that hard, and doesn't take a genius to figure it out. You get paid a very decent wage.....Do your job correctly, earn your wage!

The white blond short hair-Laura, clerk #9, served date : 8:53 AM , 03/07/2022, very rude, should be fired. She is totally not qualified for this job at all.This senior lady made a mistake on the calculation of the postage to let me pay the extra fees I am not supposed to be obviously,maybe her math failed in elementary school? That is fine, I didn't complain on that because people will make mistakes, however, what herattitudes are totally unacceptable, it is her mistake to waste others' time, when I didn't have time to say anything yet, she began to keep saying, "it is your postage wasted my time, stop coming to this store, you should go to another store on the neil street." So arrogant, so impolite,if you are not satisfied, you go to another store at Neil street, don't come here, stop coming on Mattis store". I told her it is my rights to go to any store, you can't decide for me, it is your mistake to waste my time.complaining to me for your mistake and asked her manager and her name, I was refused, her ridiculous arrogant attitudes should let her be fired.It is a shame to have USPS employee like this kind of people. It is the customers' choice to go to any store, she can't decide for customers and this is not her personal owned store, either. Please fire this employee ASAP, I hope she could leave the position which she obviously didn't qualify for that. As far as I know, she used to have a lot of fights with the customers or did a terrified job on that. She even complained that it is my postage to waste her time and don't come to this store many times. I tried to be nice, however, what a shame, fire her, it is a cancer to leave her at USPS, zero star. To fire this clerk, she is notorious mean to the customers. TAKE A look at how UPS, Fedex handle the clerk's mistakes, to let the innocent customers not come to your USPS is a not smart choice.

Bad enough that they lie to Amazon on attempted delivery date and time, their interpersonal interactions are atrocious, at least by one flower-named person. Amazon can nail a delivery within two hours, send a tracking location of the delivery van from 10 stops away and send a pix of the delivery to your phone and the USPS can't deliver or even put a yellow notice in your PO box when they don't feel like delivering to your home address. Too many self-serving rules, too little follow-through.

The workers here are extremely friendly and efficient. We always have a nice chat whenever I come in. Also, there usually isn't a long line! The only thing missing from this USPS is a self service machine.

Employees consistently not wearing masks or have them below their nose or mouth. Always unmasked customers in the building. Prefer to make an extra trip to Champaign to mail a package than to go here despite it being much closer.

I used this post office to mail my mother her Mother's Day card and gift. They promptly lost it and have no idea where it's at. It's been almost a month since Mother's Day. I would advise going literally anywhere else for your shipping needs.
