I specifically said I didn’t want the back of my head cut and the first thing the stylist did was cut all the hair in the back with clippers. She was also very rough with the clippers and almost cut my ear. Afterwards I was covered in hair and she didn’t do anything to brush me off. My neck line was also not faded whatsoever and not straight. Embarrassing. The owner had to swoop in and finish my cut.
