“4 star instead of 1 because it will block the review. Took my ford fusion to them. Replaced a fine O2 sensor, cleared engine light sent me on my way. Engine light came back on shortly after brought the car back to them. Charged me $100+ dollars for diagnostic fees to tell me the car is fine and the light came on because “I don’t drive it enough to get it too operational temperature” Which isn’t true. Later that day driving on the interstate the car cut power completely and went limp mode. Took it to another shop that told me the whole catalytic converter system was failing. Took it to the ford dealer and the guy said the catalytic converter was very damaged and he hasn’t seen anything like it and didn’t know how it could happen had it replaced and the car runs great now no issues. Would never recommend this shop.”

I called them up and the staff was friendly, suggested I come right in for a tune-up. They were able to get new spark plugs and ignition coils installed, and I was back on the road within 6 hours. Their price was reasonable for the combination of speed and quality I was looking for and my original mechanic for my van had told me the same thing about it also needing a new gasket for this work on this van. I would definitely recommend this shop and appreciate their employees who went beyond to help me get going, even taking a late lunch to finish putting my auto back together faster.”
