I brought my 4 cycle Troybilt leaf blower in for repair this morning and was told that they only work on Stihl products. They repaired my 4 cycle Troybilt tiller this past summer so not sure what's up. I'll find somewhere else that works on Troybilt products I guess.

Beware. The mechanics at MSE are incompetent, dishonest, and lazy. I was desperate to have my lawn equipment repaired and MSE was the only shop available in the area to work on it immediately. That should have raised a flag. They quoted both a price and a time for completing the job. Neither was met. They took 3 weeks longer than promised and charged more than twice as much that they quoted because they found “other issues”. When my equipment was finally returned, it stopped working a month later. I took it to another shop rather than having to deal with these bozos again. I was informed that they used substandard refurbished parts on my repair. The manager in charge was rude and disrespectful.

We bought a new Ariens lawn mower from this place last year and we liked it the first year we had it. When we started to use it this spring the cable broke. Since it was under warranty Mahomet Engine picked the lawn mower up and said most everything was still covered. It has been over 3 weeks now and we still don't have a mower. When I called about it I was told it was fixed but waiting for the "driver" to deliver it. I told whoever I was talking to that having to wait so long for the mower was very poor business. When I asked if the owner of the shop was there, the answer was yes and I asked to talk to him but was told "he" was busy. Very poor service and once we get our lawn mower we would never take it back to this place for service. I don't even think it really doesn't even earn one star. Bev Gronemeyer, Paxton,IL

Extremely helpful. They gave me advice on how to get my string trimmer running rather than just sending it to their shop. They saved me money, time and from getting yelled at by my wife for the grass getting to tall around the house.

Had a push mower repaired. Went home mowed refilled with gas to finish mowing and it started putting. 2nd time went to mow it also was putting. Didnt even finish before it cut out. Now it wont start. Very disappointed. Didnt call back wont go back

Bad experience. Said one thing did another. Wanted to leave instructions on recounting deck. Said didn't want them. Returned mower and deck not installed according to specs.

Ceiling is falling apart in the building. Kind of a junky dealership. Took 30 minutes for a simple return. Guy doing the return was very rude. I am more knowledgeable on the hustler mowers they are selling then they are. Save yourself the hassle and go to a more professional dealership.
