Seeking therapy at Grit and Grace was one of the best things I could have done. I see Chris and he has helped me a lot already and it has only been a few sessions. I know I basically word vomit at times and his capability to keep up, listen, and help me through not just my recent trauma but ALL MY BAGGAGE… that is what is so wonderful! Not just him but all of the staff I have interacted with have been so welcoming and helpful! The atmosphere is so welcoming and peaceful, as soon as you open the door. Grit and Grace is a great place for your mental health needs!

5 star service from Mary Jo!Mary Jo is so easy to talk to. What i value the most is that she can take my own words and tell me what that means when relating to my personality and traits. She often leaves me feeling SO much better about myself. Last session I asked if I could call her everyday to get a daily dose of affirmations. Now I just need to figure out how to maintain the positive outlook. I know I will get there with Mary Jo’s help. It just takes time.I found Grit and Grace therapy by browsing the providers in my insurance plan. I love that I can do my therapy from my home. It makes life so much easier.

Dan has been incredible helping my 16yo daughter work through some long standing depression and anxiety. He's respectful & encouraging of the therapy she receives elsewhere and helps us balance meds to make everything come together. We've done in-person sessions and telelhealth, all positive experiences. We highly recommend Grit & Grace!

I love speaking with Mary Jo. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her wisdom and her willingness and ability to listen. It’s amazing to have a scheduled time to sit with someone and just decompress. The best decision I made was starting to work with her!

Would definitely recommend Dan Foutch, PMHNP. He is easy to talk to, non-judgmental, personable, and knowledgeable. Grit & Grace is not your typical medical office experience, and has been a better fit for a family member that does not like medical settings.

We have really enjoyed working with the psychiatrists at Grit and Grace therapy. We have a teenage son who has been able to receive help from Grit and Grace. They have both in person and virtual appointments which work well for our busy schedule. We highly recommend Grit and Grace!!

My therapist has helped me a lot. It's nice to have someone to talk to, as well as being in a nice environment. There's often something to do while your therapist is talking to you. It's really quiet in the waiting rooms, and hard to hear anyone's conversations with their therapist. 10/10 would recommend!

I really like seeing Jessica. She’s easy to talk to, uses a variety of techniques like worksheets, and has helped me work through some difficult situations. I genuinely feel very comfortable around her and feel like I can talk to her about tough subjects without feeling judged.Dan is awesome! I’ve tried years of PCPs managing my medications but never had any luck. Dan was able to craft a regimen that works for me. He is thorough and very knowledgeable about the medications. I appreciate all the pros and cons he discusses and counsels on each medication so that you can make the most informed decision.Dawn has a positive personality and is good at reminding you of your goals when things get chaotic. She’s great at grounding and reaffirming the effort you’re making.

I have been seeing Dan as my medication manager for almost a year now, and I cannot say enough great things about him. He is down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and listens to what I want as the patient. He is always willing to work with my wants and needs, and he always makes sure to check-in to see how I am doing, both personally with life and with my current medications. I highly recommend Grit and Grace, and Dan, if you are seeking therapy and/or medication management.

I have been working with Dan and Natasha for a year. Most of my sessions are remote, making it convenient to schedule. They are pleasant to speak with, professional, and have helped me recognize different aspects of myself. I have recommended them to friends and family 10/10.
