Wonderful vet clinic. We brought our cat in and the first thing I love is how the cat area is separate from dog area since our cat is afraid of them. The news Dr. Cathy had for us was devastating but she and Jenny were caring and compassionate through the whole visit. They were wonderful to our cat, with careful handling and demeanor she stayed calm and felt comfortable. They worked with me on how we could set up different options for payment. They also tried to help me save money by not running unneeded tests even though I did decide to have them done anyway. They left it up to me. So many vet clinics are pay now or no treatment, this place cares more about your pets than making a dollar. They are now my vet from now on. They are helping us care for Kilala until the end comes and will help us after as well. If we decide to have another cat we will definitely be back here.

I brought my puppy to this vet after having a no so good experience with his prior vet. They gave an appoitment right away, the doctor was very knowledgeable about animal behavior and gave me some tips to correct some unwanted behavior from my puppy.Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first visit and it was a good experience.

This animal hospital is the best! Honestly it is. The vet clinic i previous took my dog to did not improve. It cost me over 100.00 for nothing. I switched vet clinics in Mahomet and tried this one. So glad I did. Now my little dog is better after 2nd day! I am so relived and happy! Dr Williams is very good. Thank you to everyone there!

Dr. Williams and the staff have been absolutely outstanding. I called them last week because one of my 13 year old cats was looking pretty yellow and acting a bit lethargic. I read all the wonderful reviews online and decided to give them a call. They recommended that I bring him in (they got us in same day) as he had not been eating and they were a bit concerned. They recommended that he have a feeding tube inserted and performed the surgery that same day, which helped save his life. He was diagnosed with pancreatitis and hepatic lipidosis (fatty liver disease). Stephanie was so patient with me while showing me his in-home care routine and even had me do some hands on subcutaneous IV fluids that needed done at home over the next several days to make sure I was comfortable on my own. I don't do well with needles, but she made me feel calm and confident. I am so happy to report that Gizmo is doing much better and is pretty well back to his normal self! The entire staff has talked with me every day to check on him and offer advice and answer questions. The entire process, although scary and upsetting, has been made so much easier by the wonderful staff at Mahomet Animal Hospital. Their actions and care have given us the chance to spend more time with our baby boy! Thank you, Dr Williams and staff! Kristina, Sonny, Gizmo, Oscar, and Milo

Dr. Williams and her staff are all EXCELLENT and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They are honest and offer very practical advice. They know how to handle problem dogs and give great advice on how to correct issues. Exams are very thorough and I feel their prices are very competitive - always much less than others in the area. I trust them and always recommend them. They offer consistent high quality care and keep up to date on the latest evidence based practices. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!
