I brought a set of new key fobs for my Toyota here to be cut. Whether incompetence or machine limitation, they ruined both of those and their first response was “sorry I guess it didn’t work.” He then proceeded to blame the issue on their key cutting machine, saying that “our machine isn’t very precise” That was from the supervisor. No additional solution was offered to replace the keys that they ruined. When I asked to be reimbursed, they said our manager won’t be here for three days, we can have him call you. Poor customer service with inept staff.

At 2:40, on 4/11/24, I was at the paint counter for about 5 mins. That is no problem as I work in retail. The whole time I was there the young lady with the long brown ponytail was at the back counter with no customers. Then a young man with a beard and glasses walk up that same aisle. A customer walked up behind me and the worker helped him first. The lady at the register called for help. The same young lady came to mix paint for me. She said we dont have this brand while handing my swatch back. I asked if she had colormatch? If I knew nothing about paint i would have left. She ran it through the machine. The color produced was charcoal gray. My swatch is dove wings. Very light tan. She said itll look a little darker. I told thats a whole different color and walked out. Normally I got great service. Its ashame those 2 dont NEED a job.

Had a license plate that lost its screw, and Ace replaced the the one there and added another 3 new ones so it's not going anywhere anytime soon!! Appreciated that they fixed it for me!!!

As stated in previous reviews, this is a very good hardware store with a knowledgeable staff. Great if you don't want to drive to a big box store.
