Was quoted one price charged another. Was told the project would be done in two days took three. No compromise, horrible customer service. Mike the owner got loud with me on the phone blaming me for new price when the actual work was less than the crew anticipated. Totally unprofessional. On top of it, we had to transport materials for them because they didn't have a large enough trailer and it would've taken another day on top of the day late they already were.

Can there be Zero stars? In May 2021 I got a quote from US Storage with a required ship date of Aug 1st. "No Problem" they said, it will likely ship a week earlier. We got continued "on track" responses every time we checked on the progress. Was told to send a truck on July 24, but that was a saturday. Now don't send a truck. Now there is a problem and the paint needs to dry. Now there is a problem and the welder is broken. The material was never painted at all. It wasn't even made. Over a month late, and nothing but excuses. Lies, Lies and More Lies from this company. They will take your money and not deliver as promised. STAY AWAY.

We purchased racking from this company 3 months ago and constantly get lies and stories from Mike. Mike is the owner. He doesn't answer his phone calls and tells us the product shipped. His own staff tells us the truth that it isn't even made. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The owner Mike is totally unreliable and misleads you. Says the product ships and it isn't even made. Months late. A terrible experience.

I have been a customer of US storage groups for some time. I have only had one issue with an order but my sales rep Tom was quick to rectify the issue. People like Tom make this business easy to deal with and with the fair pricing and great product I shall be a return customer.

Ordered shelving for our farm and was extremely happy with the quality and delivery time. We had no idea how to order racking as we had never used it before and our salesperson was so helpful and knowledgable putting a package together for us based on our square footage and usage. I would highly recommend using U.S. Storage. They are very prompt and knowledgable and will go the extra mile to help you.

Very slow communication skills. Mike the owner runs a sloppy show over there. Decent product if you get it on time or made correctly.
