Ty-Cour is an extremely nice group of people to work with. Communicating with them was very easy. It's only been a few weeks since they installed a backsplash and replaced the sink and faucet in my kitchen and completely ripped out the vanity, toilet and flooring in a half-bath and replaced all of them. So far I'm very happy with the work. The crew was polite and friendly and very hard working. They cleaned up after themselves each evening and took precautions to prevent any damage to floors, etc as they worked. I would use them again and recommend that you do too.

TyCour recently completed our kitchen renovation including new cabinets, countertops, fixtures, tile work, etc. and we had a great experience with them from start to finish! They have a great team of hard workers that care about what they do and stand behind their work. They were very communicative and responsive to questions, requests, and resolved any minor issues that came up very quickly and professionally. We greatly appreciate that they are a small, family owned business that values good products, great workmanship, and customer relationships. After saving for a very longtime I was finally able to afford my dream bathroom. So I recently remodeled it with the help of a fabulous contractor. BUT a used car sale person of a supplier. I found Ty-Cour online and they seemed like a reputable business. But I soon found out that I had made a huge mistake. I worked with a short bald man, he was very nice and sincere (like most con men). He told me and showed me the high quality of material he would sell to me. I was very impressed even with the much lower price then everyone else. (that should have been my first red flag). I was so over joyed to use them and hastily wrote Ty-Cour a $10,000 deposit check (1/2) to get started. It took forever to get my order. And then most of it was wrong. So a lot of time was wasted on reordering things. Things that were Ty-Cours mistakes. Then they would try to recharge me for the correct items. And too top it all off, the quality I ordered was NOT the quality I received. Subpar at best. I will in the very near future be replacing my bathroom AGAIN. I will be going to a reputable company next time.

So I bought a new faucet for our claw foot tub online and having worked with similar expected it to just plug and play in 30 minutes...I was wrvong. My oversight regarding the size of the connection to my nice chrome water supply lines left me with a problem. After failures at Home Depot and Lowe's I stepped it up to faithful and reputable plumbing supply companies. After two more failures I was recommended to Ty-Cour. Bob Creed worked with me over the phone and with photy I provided and he configured a custom connection that did the job. I give Ty-Cour my highest rating and now know ehere to go first instead of fifth. If you have an issue start there.

Avoid this place like the plague It's been over 2 years and still finding problems with the bathroom they jacked up just had to hire another contractor to replace the floor a 3rd time and now $1200.00on a plumbing job that was done by a supposed licensed plumber. they walked away and abandoned the job. after a year of not completing it because it would cost them too much to do it right. They took over a year to work on a 7x7 bathroom and still couldn't get it right floor is still falling apart, plumbing a mess shower wall needs replaced cause they broke it and then expect me to settle for a fix? Sorry you quoted me $ 16,000 and walked away incomplete and with almost 8000 of my money and a mess to fix

Very poor customer service. I purchased their $200 gift certificate at a fund raiser. I wanted undercounter lighting. They came out and measured. Waited, waited finally called them and they said my order got stuck under another and got misplaced, then they ordered the material. The material came in and they wanted another $38.40. Then they wanted $350 to install it. My son is an electrician and said all the parts were not there. I went to ***** and purchased undercounter lighting 2 sets. Cost me less than $100. I took their parts back to Ty-Cour. They tried to say that we did it wrong, they asked me if they came out and measured. Yes, I said. They wanted me to put the lights under the over the stove microwave. They did not supply an on/off switch or cords long enough to install. They gave me my $38.40 back. I'm sure that they took the $200 deduction for the gift certificate and I got nothing for it. They made no attempt to offer a solution. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT???????????????????????
