Doesn't say anything about slot machines or their game room. Or if they close them at a certain time. And yes, everyone who works here has a bad attitude, especially towards white people. All except the tall, good-looking black man that works nights. He's so awesome and so nice i just really appreciate him they should give him a raise because hes one of the only reason i keep going back

I will go to Pilot a mile up the road instead or QT in Granite City. The staff is so rude to the customers and each other. I sat and watched how the older lady talk to the others(customers/coworkers). So sad to have to work in such a TOXIC environment. If you hate your job get another one but don't be rude and obnoxious to the customers and staff because you miserable. You guys need to pay more and get better quality employees. Being rude and unpleasant is not acceptable. Bad energy rub off on others PERIOD. I was not going to post but today took the cake. Rude rude rude.

I go enter this place to buy a soda and wash my hands but the bathroom door is lock and I wash my hands on the sink and the lady what work there is so angry with us because I wash my hands I pass on the morning so why her so mad she can told us with good manners if I do something bad. So I’m not recommending this place today is June 18 943

The attendant Tiffany is horrible. She will fight and argue with customers instead of doing her job. They hire anyone that accepts working under mini wage and their customer service shows just that! Get in and get out!

I bought a charger the lady sold me an IPhone charger when I asked for C type. I realized this went back and she wouldn't let me return or exchange it. She was rude and even said she didn't sell it to me.. customer servie absolutely horrible tok

Terrible place to work. Manager is unfriendly and don't like males. She hired me to help get store in order& I did that. No training and don't ask her a question because she can't handle it. She has too much on her plate. Horrible environment and horrible people don't work here.

So normally I have a fairly good experience there. But tonight was a horrible exception. The attendant seemed drunk. When she went to ring me up for my items I noticed there was an additional $5 on the screen for vodka. She was having problems with the customer before me when their order was ringing up for too much. I saw that it was for vodka.I explained that I didn't want the vodka. She took it off but questioned why I wouldn't buy her the vodka! I said no I'm not buying her any. She then gave a story with reason why she needed it as she had a rough day. It is not my job to support you sneaking alcohol into my transaction for you to drink on the job. After leaving I called and asked how I would reach a manager. She said she was the manager, which I really don't believe that to be true. When I explained I needed a number to speak to someone else she just said I'm the manager talk to me, what's your problem. I said it's ok I will call back later. She laughed and hung up.

This evening I tried to mention the cut off that the rack that was put into place to cut off people from keeping a recommended 6" distance from other customers to access the soft drink and hot food area. This rack pushed people to the cashier area where the most traffic was. In a covid-19 area crises, the cashier cut me off multiple times before I could explain why my concern was and she told me I wasn't going to win. I left immediately because you can't educate the unwilling and unwise.
