Big Jim is very unprofessional he not only cussed me out and hung up on me, but he sold my three friends that happen to have disabilities a car that will not run and charges them $500 a month never ever buy a car from this car lot, he claims his cars do not work properly so now I have to take a different route that I didn’t want to take But we’re going to take that route. See you soon bud.

WE put a down payment on a van and told Big Jim all that was wrong with van and he said he would fix everything a week later he called and said everything had been fixed. I took him at his word and paid for the van got home and found out he hadn't fixed anything.

Down to earth mechanic helped answer our questions as best as he was able. Did not see a sales member while we walked the lot. It was a little hard to see thru many of the windows as they were getting due to dust down. Half the price down or In trade wouldn't be so bad but by my comparisons they could stand to come down a grand or more which might be something they are willing to do. Not sure as no one I could quote was around but that did provide us we a haggle free run thru.

He was very rude and has no customer services at all. Some of the vehicles will cost 3 times what he is asking to fix from body work to other mage work. I don't recommend him to anyone
