The service department at Woodrum is highly unprofessional. We took our business service vehicle in for repairs and was charged full price for incomplete work. They have lied to us, over charged and are trying to charge for services we already paid for that they didn't fix the first time they charged for it. We have paid them almost $10,000 in total so far. We have since taken our vehicle to another local garage who was able to identify the issue and are able to fix it correctly, the first time. We have spoken to managers and higher ups and they simply do not care about the quality of service to their patrons. Our company will never do business again with Woodrum. I will tell everyone I do business with to seek services elsewhere.

I had brake issues on my Bronco. I called in and talked to Melissa. Right away she was on top of it. She did some research and found that a vent hose needed updated and replaced. She ordered the hose, got it a couple days later and had it replaced in a timely manner. I would recommend Woodrum’s to anyone.

Woodrum has drastically changed over the years, for the better. The customer service has improved significantly. The quality of work has improved as well. Give this place a little more time going in this direction and I’d be proud to call this my local Ford dealership.
