The Worst Bank In Macomb. this bank is the absolute worst bank you could possibly use in the city of Macomb, if you’re like me you’d probably think “Well surely it can’t be that bad, it’s pretty convenient being right in the Walmart, right?” and to that i’d say Wrong. this entire branch is horrible whether it be the customer service to the lack of actual funds. the problems i’ve had with this bank is immeasurable and the only thing the workers inside seem to be good at is persuading people into staying attached to their bank. I’ve recently spent an entire month trying to put in a dispute for a whopping $60 and instead of it taking maybe a week like i had thought its now a month and still no money. i’ve basically been told it’s my problem to solve and i’ve had to jump through smaller and smaller hoops just to be told i now have an indefinite wait until my “Re-dispute” is either accepted or denied. all because of a gas station double charging my account ?♂️

I was not informed of their fees when working with them. I was charged a additional charge of almost $100 dollars an did not find out until it showed up on a statement. I called an was told they should have told me but too late now. The bank seems very predatory an shifty. I would have choose a different bank and payment method for sure.

Was told my card would not be cancelled but they filled out the paperwork wrong and it was, when I asked for a new card, made me wait extra time, never happened before now but suddenly "it's an issue". Lady over the phone was super rude and accused me of giving them the wrong info to cover herself when she knew for a fact what I said was accurate. 0/5 stars

Horrible customer service. Have had fraud issues with our card several times, bank hasn’t been easy to work with. Often times left without any access to funds and get told that it’s “not the banks problem”. Avoid this place and find a local bank. 0/5 stars

If you want friendly service, this is the place to go. If you use Walmart a lot, and they have a bank in yours, it's very convenient. However, when I open an account and deposit a check, it should not take almost 2 weeks to clear. It's unacceptable that I have a spendable balance that dips into that uncleared check, but i can't get anything out to buy a new vehicle or pay my bills.

This goes out to the fraud department in Texas but they are still apart of the bank they just caught two transactions out of state. As for the bank they are amazing and know me by name even if I do not go in all the time, and even though they know me they still ask for ID and follow protocall
