I recently went to Walmart and bought 12 Hawaiian punch drinks. I went to the front of the store to the self checkout, two Walmart employees were standing there just talking to each other ( guess that's their job now) so I asked one if they could enter the number so I didn't have to scan all 12. I was told they couldn't do that. Today I went to Walmart and bought a case of chicken ramen noodles ( 12) and ten tent pegs. I again asked the two ladies who were standing there talking if they could enter the number so I didn't have to scan each one. I was told they couldn't do that because it was taken away from them. Now my problem with this is if I have to scan my own groceries then there should be a way I can enter the number without scanning each box. There are usually two people standing at the self checkout not doing anything except talking or bitching about their job. Teach one of them how to enter the number of the same items so the customer doesn't have to scan each one. This is just ridiculous when there are two people at self checkout not doing anything except talking to each other.

Overall the shopping experience is fine but if you decide to working here was one of the worst decisions of my life. There are maybe two managers that actually cared about their team some of the managers specifically on overnights act like children making fun of employees in horrible ways and sometimes unkind to lgbt individuals. If you want to shop at this store I’d say I recommend it if you want to work here I’d advise against it

John Hummell is always very helpful and very nice whenever I need help. Excellent customer service. We need more workers like John.
