No pharmacy, and when it was there half the employees were problematic. One employee told me my insurance company preferred a different location - this is a direct lie from a walgreens employee. Another simply refused to fill an order for my wife.

Prescription was called in on August 10, 2023, then on the 14, I was text that one of the two was ready a that they were working on the other one. So on the 15th in the morning I go to pickup my meds and the lady at the counter tells me that they have one ready and that the other one they are working on. That is pretty bad service to have to wait 5 days for your meds. Don't know what is going on with Walgreens but they need to get there act together.

Extremely rude pharmacist that gives you attitude instead of actually helping you. My doctor called in my prescription in TWICE and both times I've called to check the status and they "don't have it" causing me to have to bother my doctor and waot for my scripts. Both times I've been given a snarky answer by the same person and they've hung up on me. I even checked other area Walgreens to make sure the doctor didn't screw up. They didn't. Hours are awful. The pharmacy is only open until 6pm and they are closed both Saturdays and Sundays. If I could give 0 stars I would.

They are everywhere and macomb is not exception. They are professionals. Sometimes I found them friendly. I used to use Walgreens when I was living New York. I like to see them serve us as long as they can. Small city need them. Stay with us.

The Pharmacist lied about a refill my doctor signed and faxes to him. Made me sick. His name is Caleb! mid 40's. My doctor told me to never use them again. THey never called my pain doctor to verify and my doctor called the next morning himself!!! I am telling the truth . The next morning after my doctor called himself...the Pharmacist apologized to doctor but said to me he did not remember. He forgot my name and my need for prescription in two hours?? Nope. He lied. He never called or sent a fax to my pain doctor. My doctor was upset he had to call. Told me I was correct. Pharmacist never called or faxed him the afternoon before. My doctor does not lie and he always helps when needed. This Pharmacist and it's Manager are terrible. Never using again.

Pharmacists do not seem to know acetaminophen from naproxen. What a hot mess. Worst Walgreens in Illinois do not trust with your health. Pharm techs will tell you that you have to sacrifice your script when they do not have enough.

Every month for the past two years they are nearly a week late on one of my prescriptions. Occasionally nearly two weeks. They have forgotten to run my insurance through several times causing even further delays.

There's a Black female working in The Photo area that has a serious attitude problem. She acts as if she doesn't have time to ring up customers.

The store manager keeps firing everyone I like there. I go in there often and have familiarized myself with the staff. It seems when there is ever someone I like the store manager Alissa fires them. One employee got fired because she didn't like how he spoke to her, another because she kept calling off mind you they are a single parent!, another employee was sick and was fired because they couldn't come in (they were sick!), and another because there was a human error. I know this because I talk to past employees by running into them. She's going to run this store into the ground. No wonder it's always short-staffed! She needs to do better. That's only one part of my experience, just wait to hear my actual encounters with her. it gets worse! She denied me a return for an item that I had purchased a week prior. She never gave me a reason and felt lied to. I was left with a $20 product I couldn't use because one of the ingredients I'm sensitive to. I've looked at the return policy and this item is not listed as an item you can’t return. as a customer, I feel I deserve more

Had a prescription moved to this Walgreens, the pharmacist said they didn’t accept my insurance and that it was “a waste of everyone’s time to come here” when I offered to bring my insurance in person because my Walgreens at home has never had an issue. I went anyway and surprise surprise the pharmacist had made a mistake! Can’t believe I had to argue for them to update my insurance plan to thecorrect one. I guess my time was the only time wasted.

The staff were helpful, but the pharmacy technician that helped me had her nose exposed.
