The Pharmacist lied about a refill my doctor signed and faxes to him. Made me sick. His name is Caleb! mid 40's. My doctor told me to never use them again. THey never called my pain doctor to verify and my doctor called the next morning himself!!! I am telling the truth . The next morning after my doctor called himself...the Pharmacist apologized to doctor but said to me he did not remember. He forgot my name and my need for prescription in two hours?? Nope. He lied. He never called or sent a fax to my pain doctor. My doctor was upset he had to call. Told me I was correct. Pharmacist never called or faxed him the afternoon before. My doctor does not lie and he always helps when needed. This Pharmacist and it's Manager are terrible. Never using again.

I tried to do their customer satisfaction survey online, but it would not accept the password on my receipt. As a septuagenarian, I resent the fact that there is a large sign on the front door saying that masks are required in the store. but yet no one enforces this. More people did not have masks than did have them. I am sorry I have to get my prescriptions filled at this Walgreens. The manager should at the least remind people about the mask mandate.

Mother was up on vacation and needed prescription filled. Wouldn't except her insurance after waiting for the script to be filled.

Never had a problem. New "Pharmacist" who thinks he's a doctor. Says I get it filled at 28 days too often and should have enough and won't fill it. Ironically, the reason I wanted it at 28 days is so I have extra for when I'm yanked off the medicine at no fault of my own due to the phony "epidemic" that has nothing to do with chronic pain patients. Last month, I went UP in dosage before I got a new script per my dr. So I was taking more than the original script. Got my new sc

I received a call saying my prescription was ready and when I got there they said they didn't have it , and that they were behind. I saw a bunch of uneducated females running around the pharmacy like a mouse was chasing after them. They told me my prescription would be ready in 15 minuted, so I waited inside the store. Once 15 minutes passed they said they haven't even started on it. I gave them a 1 star out of generosity, but this pharmacy is run by a bunch of turds.

Yesterday I has had this UTI that just won't go away. I was in the ER over it two weeks ago - and then on the mend last week...and then the UTI returns causing awfulness all the way around.
