“Dr. Karen Blakeley saved my dog's life and I will be forever grateful for that. I do have one complaint and that's about the woman who answers the phone. Gosh, she's the worst. She's rude and talks to you like you're dumb. This hasn't happened just once, but every time I call there. She was impatient with me when I was worried about my dying dog, she got an attitude with me when I asked about boarding services, etc. But still, 5 stars for Dr Blakeley.”
