I chose to bring my internet and mobile business over to Verizon from Comcast because of some frustrating issues with Comcast. One reason I chose Verizon is because, unlike Comcast, Verizon has chosen to invest in our community with a bricks-and-mortar store and by employing actual human beings. One such person who was incredibly helpful was Juan S. He gave me the personal attention and time need to make sure that everything was done correctly and thoroughly. (Shout out to Jacob L. for providing back up support as we processed the new contract). I came in frustrated, and Juan's helpful, calm demeanor turned it all around. Thank you, Juan, for making this process smooth, and for your professionalism.

Juan is helpful in his business. I'm glad to live near by Macomb ILLINOIS.I had several questions he answered and he is a great person to know. He has a lot of knowledge of phones and service on phones.I was there around 4:30 and out of there around 4:50 pm.I glad the business has hires Juan .I believe he really enjoys his work and the people he meets everyday.

Changing my review from a 5 star to one star. They no longer provide ANY customer service at the store. They will sell you a phone but when you need help they will tell you to get lost. Super bad decision by Verizon in my opinion to withdraw customer service from their brick and mortar stores. It's not just here, it's everywhere.

OMG!! Jacob made my day!! He showed me today What a Verizon Expert Is!!’ He did the impossible to my phone which I been locked out for a Month!! Thanks JACOB FOR MAKING MY DAY!! Alex was super Helpful Great Greeting as we enter the door made us feel at home!! These Gentlemen made My Day!! I left the Store feeling Super Duper Happy ? ???
