Says open at 9 walked all the way there for them to be closed. Google shows their open whole store black no one even there. Horrible! UPDATE ONLINE HOURS IF YOU DONT HAVE STAFF TO OPEN ON TIME!

If honesty and integrity are at all valuable to you, save your time and shop at Rubix. The owner of Smoke Times is totally unprofessional and does not open on time as well as having a complete disregard for paying customers. You’ll have a way better experience shopping with Travis at Rubix, he actually cares about his customers. This place won’t open until 11:30 even though their hours start at 9am.
A phone was left inside on accident, and they made NO ATTEMPT WHATSOEVER to get it back to my employee, instead locking in inside for the night and telling him he could collect it at 9am when they opened. Needless to say we have been waiting and waiting for them to open, only hearing the excuse that the person with the key “lives a half hour away”. That is no excuse for poor business practice when you were supposed to be open two and a half hours ago. They also told us the phone would be locked in the safe, but it was just chillin on the countertop when the guy FINALLY arrived. No apology, no accountability for being incredibly late for no actual reason and holding the phone hostage. Overall, shop here if you enjoy inconsistency and dishonesty.

Sold me a vape that is a pos that doesnt work half the time. I'll go to hit my vape and it askes me if its a new coil every time. it's done this since I bought it the dude doesn't know anything about what he's selling. I'm never going there again and this is exactly why I stay with rubix because the 1 time I try a new place this is the service I get
