Nice people to deal with, have EV charging stations also. We did come back bought a van, dealt with Dani..amazing sales person, and the entertainment wasnt bad either thanks Luke Bryan was a super experience. Love Kunes of Macomb!!!

Depressing atmosphere didn't even get a car. Said I qualified for 20000 and still didn't get a car. Kept getting emails and text to come in and as I expected nothing. Ugh ok

Great selection of cars and amazing team. My wife and I had some credit challenges. However Andy Percy was still able to get us an amazing 2019 Toyota Corolla. Andy was amazing he made the car buying process a joy.

I bought a vehicle in 2023 and unfortunately in 2024, I lost my job. They did not help me at all, rather they basically told me good luck. The only way I could get ahold of anyone was to contact the amazing salesman that I worked with the day of purchase. They talked me into a ton of extra things that I did not need.
The service department is HORRIBLE. The first time I took it in was to get the air conditioner rebuilt and they were okay. Then I needed new tires and an oil change. They did not change the oil, and only replaced one tire rather than 2 even though I told three people about it needing done. The last time, they came and got my car and left me a rental. The rental had the check engine light on and a leak in the roof when it rained.. They were supposed to change my oil and fix my windshield. They “forgot” to change my oil so after they dropped it off with me, the next day, they came and got it again.. I was told that my windshield would be covered under one of the many warranties that I was sold the day of purchase, however, it was not. I was told that I would pay $500, get my windshield replaced, then the warranty company would pay me back. So, I got the work done and was told that they had taken care of everything and I should receive a check soon. Over a month had passed and nothing. I called my salesman and he did some digging for me. Turns out that I had to contact the company in order to get my refund. So I did. They told me that the policy I purchased does not cover windshield repairs/replacements and that they would have needed prior authorization anyway.. I was fuming. I thought everything was taken care of but nothing was.. Kunes ended up writing me a check because it was their fault..
There is no communication, the only way to get answers was through my amazing salesman which is unnecessary as there are a ton of employees, the day of sale I was talked into many products I did not need and the service department is horrible.

Called to inquire about a mustang and they responded quickly and were very friendly they assured me they’d be willing do everything they could to earn my business mind you I live 3.5 hours away but I still made the drive and I’m glad I did. Emmett was my salesman and It couldnt have gone any better. He got me in and out as quick as he could. They gave me top dollar for my trade in. I’m extremely happy with my new car this was the easiest dealership experience I’ve ever had! definitely recommend this dealership one hundred percent!!

I had a bad experience with them. Car had a coolant leak on test drive, pulled back in steaming . They checked my credit which is no big deal. But they weren't worried about the car being damaged from over heating. Another customer had showed up and was irate because he was suppose to have had the car held for him. It had several issues. My family bought a van from them in the past and I have to say it's been great to them.

Don’t buy from here they have mechanics do shorty work sell unsafe vehicles lemons are the specialty and when they part ways with employees they don’t pay out owed wages you can find much better deals at other dealers zero stars if it was possible
