The Macomb IL. stores' prices are too high, the inventory diversity is low & half the store pharmacists treat you like you're the last person on Earth that they want to see. One veteran female pharmacist still thereis one of the most indifferent to customers & should know better but doesn't care. She should've been let go & replaced long ago. Two efficient & modestly polite employees can't substitute or compensate for her lousy attitude.

Recently did my first pick up order here...and I'm very impressed. It was super quick. I placed my order between 8-8:30 and got an email by 9am that it was ready. I also had a prescription to pick up, and the girl in the drive thru was very friendly, even with the long, post-lunch break, line. I've never had any trouble getting my stuff in the drive thru. The pharmacist (Darrell, I think) was also very professional when I came in last year to get a TDap (I think?) shot for when I went to visit my sister after having her baby. I've been using CVS for many years now and have yet to have any issues.

It is a horrible experience getting them over phone. I spent half an hour to get someone. She is keeping me hold for long and does not want to listen to me properly rather insisting me to come down there. Very bad customer service. They need training on how to talk with customers.

Was having trouble getting meds reordered when the pharmacist answered the phone. He was the nicest person I have talked to on the phone in a long time. You need a raise Sir. This world needs more kind people like you. Thank you for making my day better.

I was absolutely disgusted with the way their pharmacist 2 of them conducted themselves during each of my med pick ups. They both lied multiple times. Each one blaming the other for my medicines not be filled correctly. I only used them because or insurance at the required us to go through them. After 2 months of nothing but issues with them we got new insurance and switched back to our trusted Walmart pharmacy. Never again will this company get a dime from me. CVS screen your pharmacist better.

They are everywhere and macomb is not exception. They are professionals. Sometimes I found problem communicating with them and seems like they are little harsh explaining further. I like to see them serve us as long as they can. Small city need them. They are little pricey.

Wonderful service from the whole crew today. We are adjusting from insurance on my husband to Medicare, and didn't realize drugs aren't covered. The young lady went out of her way to find a discount coupon and saved us a lot of money! Great job CVS!!

Not to courteous and very inexperience and I did'nt appreciate the fact that the clerk started whispering to his coworker and then they both look towards my direction. Is it because I was a different race? I thought people were suppose to be treated equal and race and color shouldn't make a very rude.!!!difference??? They were very very rude.

Has anyone ever been able to talk to a real person at the pharmacy over the phone? The absolute worst circling around, no-answer experience I have ever had. I am seriously thinking of changing pharmacies.

Inexperienced and unhelpful added to careless customer service. I asked my doctor to transfer my prescription to wal mart because the second one will never tell you that that have to order it plus, in case they have to order such prescription it won’t take more than 1 day. With the little what they call themselves pharmacy, Cvs, they will never inform you on when will you get it. They never contact you. They never smile at you. They make you feel you’re not welcome there.
