Casey's needs to fix their cash registers. I purchased 3 bottles of soda, advertised as 3 for $5.00 special, and was charged $5.93. Illinois has rediculous taxes, but $.93 on a $5.00 purchase is obviously more than it should have been. I pointed the problem out to the clerk, and was just told that, "well, that's how it rang up." If you make a purchase from Casey's I suggest you double check to see if they are charging more than they should.

IM LITERALLY SO MAD >:(= We WAITED 3 YEARS (like 10 minutes) AT THE "ORDER HERE" sign and they told us we DONT ORDER THERE. THEN MOVE THE SIGN OMG. SO RUDE one star, this place smells bad.

Don’t come here unless you want to pay an additional $100 on top of what you paid for gas. Don’t even bother trying to talk to them about it. They can’t do anything apparently

They are close to my house. They have old fashioned fuel pump which create problem Charging cards. They need to replace with new machines. Customer service is good and cordial and always use salutation to welcome their customers. They need to put more vegan item for the vegetarian people.

I come here most morning for breakfast on my way to work. The food is always fresh and made well and the store is very clean. My only complaint is the two women who typically work in the mornings are usually too busy talking to each other to pay any attention to their customers. I've seen people ask two and three times for something before they even notice a customer is trying to speak to them, and I've had to do the same. From what I've seen it's just poor customer service. Aside from that, very nice store.

I didn't have a problem with the wait time when I was notified of a large order before me, I didn't have a problem when the doordash driver texted me and said it'd be 30-45 more minutes, I didn't even have a problem when I called the store to see if my order would still be picked up because I ordered through the Casey's app, not doordash, and I didn't know what was going on. I had a problem when the manager took the phone and treated me the way she did, as if I was causing issues, when I simply asked for help figuring out my delivery situation for $30 of food. There was also a claim made that I was called and a voicemail left about a longer wait. There was no record of this call on my phone and no message in my inbox, so she either lied or had me confused with someone else, all the while using a terribly accusatory tone with me. And all of this...for it only to be 6 minutes later than the app told me it would be originally anyway. Way to go, you just ensured I never go here for anything again, for no reason at all.

This is the worst convenience store I have ever been to. It is the most run down Casey's in all of my travels. The pumps are in poor condition, the card readers do not work, you never get a receipt, the squeegees are either broken or missing and the windshield washer containers are either empty or full of trash. I frequently tell the staff of these issues but I have never been communicated in a respectful manner. They tell me to write to corporate but I did not realize it was my job to tell them that their Store is a complete train wreck. I have boycotted this store forever and I would never do business with this location again.

Friendly Staff. Store was very organized and clean both inside and out. The restrooms were well stocked. Lots of great deals.
