“Generally I am happy with this carwash and the value of the monthly unlimited wash program. Occasionally, they are closed when they should be open (per their posted hours). Like last night, I buzzed across town at 7:50 p.m. to get a quick wash in, only to see that at 7:53 p.m. they were already closed at the drive thru. The staff was still there but they had blocked the drive and hit the "closed" sign. This has happened to me a couple times. "We are open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m." means 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Very frustrating.”
