Went to store with rare problem. Christopher McKay was more willing to help than most. I did not feel like a stranger in his store even though it was my first time in store. His customer service and knowledge got me through my problem. One satisfied customer.

I really enjoy my local AutoZone they 99% of the time have the right part. Great Associates and to be fair the only time I got the wrong part was when I sent my teenager in to get it

I came here multiple times and multiple times they gave me the wrong part for not even the right vehicle they make it a pain to return stuff you're better off going 2 mi down the road to O'Reilly Auto parts don't waste your time at AutoZone

Ben replaced my car battery and installed it, he made great recommendations to avoid corrosion build-up and gave amazing customer service! I WILL be coming back to AutoZone for future car needs because of him. Someone give this man a raise!
