We adopted a puppy from the humane society in Macomb. We picked her up on May 1st. She was spayed at All Pets on April 30th. When we picked her up, her incision was very dirty, had fibers stuck in it and one of only 2 stitches was placed on one side of the incision and directly INTO the incision. We kept an eye on it and quickly noticed it was very red, very swollen, and she was in pain. We called our vet immediately after noticing pus coming from the incision. That Tuesday (I think it was) we took our puppy to our regular vet at the earliest possible time they had available. They ended up taking out the stitches, giving us antibiotics and paint/ inflammation meds for our little girl. They were saddened by how bad her incision looked. Now that her incision is completely healed, the infection is cleared and the swelling has gone down, she has a lump that may be scar tissue or it may be a hernia. I have never taken a pet to All pets but based on our experience with our girl's spay surgery, I don't recommend taking animals here for surgeries.

Worst place ever. She refused to handle pets. Even though there was a sign saying let us handle your pets while being examined. Won't Ever go back. They don't know how to handle big dogs. Didn't even weight my dogs right

Dr. Karen Blakeley saved my dog's life and I will be forever grateful for that. I do have one complaint and that's about the woman who answers the phone. Gosh, she's the worst. She's rude and talks to you like you're dumb. This hasn't happened just once, but every time I call there. She was impatient with me when I was worried about my dying dog, she got an attitude with me when I asked about boarding services, etc. But still, 5 stars for Dr Blakeley.

Over 20 years of satisfied service with All Pets! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Blakeley and staff. Through the best of times and the worst of times, they are there for their patients in so many ways.?

The doctor is absolutely amazing has saved two of my daughters pets. The receptionist however needs to be fired. She is rude, hateful, yells at people on the phone, has 0 sympathy for pets and people. Even stayed that the doc will yell at the staff if they call her for an emergency.Like I said the vet is very kind, knowledgeable and she does excellent work. The front desk person I fear may be hindering her kindness. Twice now she has yelled at my wife and daughter. She is definitely in the wrong industry.

Don't be in a hurry. I've left three messages with the mobile vet named McClure and no response.

I am taking all three of my dog to this veterinarian for a long time to come. I especially had one dog that had heartworms apparently she must have had that when she was adopted, they were quite long and it was an extensive situation or she had to have two treatments. I am very happy with this vet service. These people took extremely good care of my pup and now today she's going to go in for teeth cleaning. I trust these people with my animal 100%. I have never had an issue with them under no circumstance, or for any reason. I give them five stars and recommend everyone bring their animals to this veterinarian. All Pets is the place to be.

this is the worst vet clinic in macomb il. I had a verbal agreement twice before bringing in a stray that was covered in wounds and oil from the city's street project. they told me I did not have to pay today. they locked me and my 2 year old in a room for 3 hours after the exam until they got $200 from me. I offered to leave the cat and pay the boarding fees when I was payed Friday and they refused because it wasn't vaccinated, I offered to pay for the vaccines and they said "we can't do that ontop of the antibiotics". I kept telling them that my 2 year old was hungry and crying and needed a diaper change. they threw a panflit at me for a payment plan that wouldn't be approved for 7 days and started screaming at me. then held us against our will. my mother had to call and put a card on file and they said "ok, we will let her go now" and finally unguarded the door n let us leave. a police report was made. these people are disgusting!

These people DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS. Receptionist is incredibly rude. Took one of my dogs in for a check up and she ended up getting kennel cough from that office!!! AND they do not prioritize your animal, even if it's on its death bed. "Call back at exactly 8am tomorrow and we MAY be able to help your pet, assuming there are open slots left". DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS THERE!!!!! I took mine in for help and not only did they make it worse, they refused to help or even acknowledge their own shortcomings. I will be looking anywhere else so my children can actually get decent care.

I couldn’t imagine trusting my dog’s care to anyone else. Everyone is always so helpful, and the staff is friendly and so knowledgeable. I really love Drs. Blakeley and Esther, and so does my Lola. We were in today, thankfully just for routine stuff- Lola was due for her yearly check up and shots, and we were in and out in no time! And bonus- I had my 3 year old niece with me and all the staff let her “help” with everything and it was the best part of her day. I feel like they care about my dog AND my dog’s family and that makes it such a positive experience all around.

The staff is AMAZING and thorough. The way they have cared for our fur babies since we moved here is nothing short of extraordinary. I am so thankful our kitties and new doggy have loving, caring and knowledgeable people to help them be healthy and happy. I am also thankful for their detailed (yet simple) explanations of the situation and honesty when providing options for further examination and/or treatment of the issues they are addressing.
