Recommend by MANY friends and family and like many people who have animals who suffer from anxiety and tiny dog syndrome lol, I could not be any happier with the relief of finding somewhere who could handle things with our sweet chihuahua. Dr. Harbach prescribed the right drugs and treated mello with respect and that is all we asked. He’s a tough dog to handle, but he’s an awesome dog, who deserved a chance. “Had to make the hard decision to put our almost 12 year old 120lbs+ dog down. I called multiple vets in the area, and no one would see us until I called here.I called and spoke with the vet about what we needed done and why, her only request was that I had someone carry him in and out once it was done which was not a problem and I honestly expected that from any place with such a big dog.I showed up for our appointment and got all needed paperwork filled out and the fee paid before hand. They made the process simple and easier for us, once we got him on the table it was done quickly and we were able to take him home to his final resting place.Without their kindness he would have suffered until I could find somewhere to get him in. He was not a patient of theirs but they knew we needed help and stepped up to help us in our desperate time of need.”

“A store is commendable, even more so nowadays, when they serve the customer, not necessarily just try to sell you stuff no matter what.I had already put expensive parrot toys in my basket. Needed help finding a dog ramp for a geriatric pound puppy who has vision, gait and balance problems. I had already searched online in several places, read reviews. Became clear you needed to check these ramps out first.Had already been to two other local pet stores with unsatisfactory results. Went to Petco as third option because I was in the area. Staff showed me where the ramp(s?) were, explained a little. Then she asked me to wait a moment. Called a colleague at home who had several very large dogs. The colleague knew all about ramps. These are the features you need to look for, watch out for x, etc. Basically I received excellent information. The Petco had one ramp in stock; it would not fulfill my purposes. I did not purchase it.But because the service was so great, I requested further assistance from the staff person who was present and purchased more items before leaving the store. I will return to this store now and purchase more. Some stores don't understand when all you try to do is make an immediate sale, the customer goes elsewhere. Permanently. I have left baskets full of merchandise, in disgust, when people tried that. Of course you never return.But after this stellar customer service assistance, I will now drive out of my way to purchase at this Petco store. I will purchase more from the store vs online (as I had been).Professional pet supply purchasing assistance is alive and well at this Petco store. Much appreciated. Please consider patronizing this store.”
