“Very sad experience today as I only wanted 29 copies made ...The girl decided to be a smart alic and tell me I was sending to wrong address...it's the same address for years in my business with them....then I got copies with lines through them...rude reactions, laughed at and humiliated at the counter.....go here if you need to chew someone out....They will oblige....Very rude manager....then the girl who knew nothing wants to tell me i cant park thereLol”

“I recently needed to ship a package overnight so that it could be repaired and returned to me by the manufacturer the following day. Without it, my business operations were at a standstill. I paid for the shipping, received a receipt with a tracking number, and assumed there would be no issues.

Marshall called me at 11:00 a.m. to inform me that the package had yet to be delivered. UPS reported they could not deliver it because the final destination was not open. I contacted the company I was shipping to and verified that they indeed received packages from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. I relayed this information to Marshall.

Throughout the day, Marshall personally called me at least five times, providing me with detailed updates on the progress of my package. Ultimately, the problem was resolved because of Marshall's efforts.
