The office was clean and the person helping me was nice but my packages didn't get to where they were supposed to go. Two different packages sent on the same day to two different locations and neither of them got there. Two different delivery companies the common denominator- quest 7. Extremely disappointed and it cost me a lot. Avoid here go to the post office or UPS

Quest is conveniently near my house. I don't send alot of packages but when I have to, I choose Quest. Great customer service, friendly staff, and very neat and clean. Good variety of shipping products, all sizes.

I don't know why I haven't used Quest in the past, they are so much faster and more convenient than going to the post office! No lines and friendly staff is a definite plus
