After the rear tire on my RV delaminated at 70 mph, Tillford Towing ? brought me here. The manager, Joe, knew I was coming and was well-prepared. We agreed I needed to replace both rear tires because of differential tread wear. Joe’s team had me back on the road in 45 minutes … and at a reasonable price.

Well first of all was that we bought tires from goodyear website to be installed by pomps tires which they were not happy that we didn't buy them directly from them so they where cain of rude the second thing was that when my wife took the vehicle back she didn't notice that the tires were no balanced correctly because after I drove it a week later the vehicle was shaking after that I noticed that all my 4 rims were marred (marked with some metal or tool, scratched) while they did the tire swap, all the rims were marked on the same spot all 4, so when I call them they told me that was impossible because they do the balance on a machine and bla bla bla and that they use a special tool to remove the old tires from the rims bla bla bla, so I just brought my suv back to them and it turns out that they forgot to remove the old weights after supposedly they have rebalanced them after the installation of the new tires. overall I will never bring my business back to any pomps tires regardless of location, I definitely rather stay with discount tires better service, better prices, quality work, free flat tire repairs

I was stuck on the side of the road with a blown out tire waiting for a family member to come help me and Wally was driving by and stopped to help me put my spare tire on. Wally Perez deserves a raise! He is amazing and his customer service was outstanding! I will definitely be calling Pomp's Tire Service the next time I am stranded on the side of the road.

Giant thanks to Wally Percz for his rescue of us when our front right tire blew on the Ill throughway. He not only stopped his truck in a way that protected us from traffic but changed to our spare, got us two new front tires and arranged a much needed alignment. Outstanding work.

My car had a slow tire leak so I stopped by to have it looked at. They were able to fix it right up! Took less than 30 minutes which was wonderful since I had children with me. When I had a second nail in my tire, it had to be replaced. The manager and assistant manager were able to provide us with very reasonable priced tire options. They were able to help explain the different types of options and provide feedback for each. They did not force any option upon us but helped us make an informed decision for our type of car needs. They were very timely when returning my calls. Their tire warranty is also wonderful and we have been able to use it! The staff are all very friendly and interacted with us as if we were family members: welcoming and caring. They even brought a coloring book out for my daughter to play with while we waited. When we returned for a tire rotation (included with tire warranty) they remembered our names and asked about our family. They treated us like people/family and not just another customer. We have found a wonderful business and I can not stress enough how appreciative I am for their help in keeping my car safe for my family and I. Pomp's Tire Service was recommended to us from Forest Hills Automotive.

I got lucky because they weren't busy, so Andy worked with my service manager to take care of my blown out trailer tire. The tech Gary was fast, I got in and out in about an hour. Great crew, thanks!
