“I have been with Meijer Pharmacy many years. The experiences I have had prior to that at other pharmacies are why I have stayed with Meijer Pharmacy so long. Just recently, I had an issue with my prescription coverage denying a medication. I have taken this medication for years and I will need it for the rest of my life, it's not something I can go without taking. All of the staff had to work on the issue and help with the situation, especially Sydney one of the pharmacists. She spent hours on the phone to help me with this. It took weeks of back and forth phone calls they made to the insurance company. They even escalated it to Meijer's corporate department to get the situation figured out. They went above and beyond, making sure I was taken care of and not out of a medication I need. They truly care about you and that shows in what they do. I am very grateful for all the work they put into this.”
