The customer service here is outstanding! They went above and beyond when I purchased my car. I will definitely be going back to this mom and pop dealer ship. Reasonable prices on all the cars. And I cannot express how wonderful their customers service was, really caring and down to earth honest people. Thank you so much again, I cannot wait to come see what y'all have for me in the future!

I have bought two vehicles from them there are great honest people they have vehicles that are affordable they don't take payments but if you are looking for a car anywhere from 2500 to $6,000 that's the place to go

Bought a truck here. Engine went out 3 weeks into driving it. There’s a 2 week grace period in Illinois for stuff like this. I reached out to the owner to see if he would help out in the payment on the new (used) engine. He was no help and basically stated it was my issue.
In my line of work that wouldn’t fly. This is the type of used car business that gives all used car salesmen a bad name. I’d give negative stars if I could.

Very ticked off. I feel very played and used. I bought this 2011 Subaru from them he said nothing was wrong with it.. radio wasn't working. (He was willing to fix it) Started working on it's own. Crack in windshield. (Took money off) Had to come back as I was having power steering pump issues than he stated he now made no money off of it. Found out just days after that engine lights were deleted as my car is now at a shop because it doesn't start. $4300 for a god damn lawn ornament. Now I'm back to walking to work thanks to trusting people.
Going to be sending all of my receipts from the tow truck and mechanics to my lawyer. I am not going to be screwed over

Our experience with Northwoods is an attitude of gratitude. Went to look at the 2014 subaru Outback. Took it to our mechanic and boy glad I did. Has a broken head gasket, leaks all over. Thousands of dollars of repairs needed. Buyer beware - have your mechanic look at it all

I just recently bought a car from here and I had the best experience ever. I went in, took the car for a test ride, come back and told them I wanted itWhile I went to the bank and back, she had all the paper work, plates and everything done when I got back. All I had to do was sign papers and turn key. And I am very pleased with the vehicle I bought. No issues. Thank you for making it a great experience.
