“Phenomenal job! Went to this location with my boyfriend on Monday 4/17. We went around 6p.The lady on staff at end of the day was by herself. No manager, no coworkers. No exaggeration. She ran the entire store and served everyone in a timely manner. She was knowledgeable about each Moto product and treated each person with kindness and compassion. She was so kind to us and I truly appreciate her customer service. She deserves a bonus, a raise and to be promoted in some form or fashion to store manager or district manager. Ask for her if you go to this location because it was definitely worth it.”

It only took a few minutes to set up and then it downloaded by itselfno chords no waving just hooking the phone up and all the storages came through in the next 2 to 3 hours to the new phone. “Always a nice surprise when a phone store experience is positive! I went on Saturday, 1/15. I was frustrated with corporate for making me get a new phone, blaming 5g when my former phone was capable, so I came in right when they opened. Gleice was great, helpful calm and kind. Don't judge Cricket stores from your corporate phone experiences--locations like this more than compensate!”
