The staff couldn't have been any nicer. Free water, fast service, employees who took the time to explain everything that was being checked and serviced in a manner that even a non-technician could understand. Location was extremely clean and service was efficient and friendly. They will have my business from now on and I will gladly recommend them to friends.Services: Tires

Came in right before closing with a severely overheated engine. Luckily the very knowledgeable staff diagnosed the problem correctly and got my van out of the shop as quick as possible for how large of a repair it was. Had a full replacement of Thermometer, and radiator fan that were faulty. Overall ecstatic with the level of customer care and understanding by the staff and mechanics. Danielle and Diego were extremely thorough with explaining every step of the process, and letting me see what parts were malfunctioning and why. Thank you to Jiffy Lube for letting me get back on my roadtrip in a safer, and better running version of my vehicle!!! 6/5 stars if I could give it on this review.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Our family was visit from out of town when we had a check engine light come on. We stopped in to get it checked out and get an oil change. The service was excellent from the moment we drove in the parking lot. They were very informative of everything they did to the vehicle. Highly recommend!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Had a wonderful experience here today. I'm usually pretty intimidated going to mechanics or oil change places, but not here. Today was my first time here and I was super impressed. It was clear where to park my car, and where to enter. (Love that!) I was greeted immediately. I was very comfortable here. They were clean, professional, and knowledgeable. Bonus to offer coffee and water in a clean lobby. They told me things I've never had anyone else at other places go over about my car. I was also very impressed by the amount of things they checked and serviced. Including vacuuming out my vehicle. All employees I interacted with were awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back to service my vehicle for more than just my oil change. Great job jiffy lube!

They kill it here. I was in and out with my synthetic oil change service in 11 minutes! With two wild boys this is great for me! Darion, Jeremiah and Amanda were incredibly polite and extremely fast and efficient. Amanda explained everything that was recommended thoroughly and offered her recommendations. And not to mention the manager Danielle, even turned off the oil change light for me which everyone normally forgets and I struggle to turn off each time haha. Needless to say amazing location I won’t go anywhere else anymore! Thank you!

I got my oil changed a couple months ago here and i notice a oil leak coming from my car. I took it to a mechanic i trust who works on all my cars and he took a look and said that whoever did the oil change didn't put the washer back on the bolt causing the oil to leak everywhere. This is extremely unprofessional and careless, this cost me over 100$ after the oil change expense to fix. They will hire anybody here WILL NOT USE AGAIN

I got an oil change, and that was probably the fastest my car has ever been serviced! The employees were very nice and didn’t pressure anything on me, but let me know what I may need to replace in the near future (battery, headlight…etc.) The cost was pretty average compared to other places (I did use a $20 coupon on their website!) overall 10/10 I will be going back!

My recent experience at Jiffy Lube Oil Change was positive and enjoyable. Jeremiah was the employee who took care of me and I could tell he was an experienced and knowledgeable technician. He explained the entire oil change process to me, and then had my car ready within a reasonable amount of time. He also gave me tips and advice on how to take care of my car in the future.I am pleased to say that the customer service was friendly and professional. The oil change was done quickly, and the staff was courteous and attentive. Overall, my experience at Jiffy Lube Oil Change was positive and I would recommend this place to anyone needing to get an oil change. Danielle was awesome, inspecting my car and then going over everything with me, pointing out things to keep an eye on, and also things that looked great. She did not pressure me at all into purchasing extra services, and when I told her I had some concerns about my undercarriage cover that was coming apart, she removed and replaced a couple of bolts to “fix it up” for me at no extra charge. The two technicians were great too, especially Gio, who was very thorough and so funny when cleaning my car! I will definitely be making this my go to place for oil changes, and I highly recommend anyone looking to get an oil change to give this place a try!Service: Oil change

I never leave reviews, but I really had to today after stopping here. The whole team was great!! They all had a great attitude and did an excellent job. Danielle in particular was amazing! I know nothing about cars, and she patiently explained everything that they recommended for me to have done on mine today. She was super transparent about what was necessary immediately and what I can wait on, and described the cost/benefits on everything she recommended!
