Leaving this bank by the end of the week if I can. They closed my account tied to my direct deposit without warning for whatever reason so now I have to delay rent, bills and other expenses for another week because of the negligence. Do not recommend.

Poor customer service from this branch. It also takes days for checks and purchases to go through. It’s a joke! I’m leaving this bank when I have time to open a new one elsewhere. The manager did nothing to resolve my complaint and the lady that opened my account was not informed.

New teller is very rudeupdate 3.24.23 they tracked down my work phone number and called and asked for me at work to talk about my review which is EVEN more insane and rude.
