So disappointed that my favorite craft store with beautiful yarns and a fabulous variety of beads has changed so much it is difficult to recognize. One and a half short aisles of yarn. That's it. Beads have been cut down by more than half. Hobby Lobby is turning into something that barely resembles a craft store. Guess the powers that be have decided to abandon us craters... and yet people wonder why so many of us order off of the internet. Not a choice much longer, not if I want the quality and assortment I used to be able to get locally. So devastating.

I don't go to hobby lobby often but it became a huge help when I needed a quick present for my grandmother. Having no clue where anything was, Tanner was an amazing help! Ain't half bad on the eyes either. Great customer service all around. (P.s. tanner if you see this, hmu)

10/4 @ around 2pm- Worker that helped me in the back of store with photo albums and scrapbooking was awesome and very helpful. Then I get up to the register and the young blonde cashier was too occupied with her friend visiting to give me any customer service at all. She even walked away from the register without giving me my bags ?? had to take it upon myself to grab my bag. Lady that helped me in aisle-5 stars, deserves a raise. Young girl cashier- needs some training in customer service skills.

Bought a Spider-Man wall poster on “sale” and at check out was rung for $48!! I came back to return it and was given the run around. First it had to be in stock,. Which it was, and it had to not be on sale, which it wasn’t, and in return got $19 in store credit. The employee was more worried about going on break than checking me out. Please do NOT GO HERE! the sales are scams, the employees are old grumpy ladies and need to retire immediately.

Hobby lobby has all kinds of signs 40% spring items they even have displays up with spring flowers!!! However when you go to check out NOTHING is given at the 40% sale!!!! Don’t be fooled by the false advertising
