The staff is always amazing there it's also Vettories Auto Care center as we learned when taking my son's car to Don's for the transmission they are together in the same building which we never knew. I highly recommend them they are honest fair prices and they fix your vehicle fast

Owner was considerate and helpful to take me to work and pick up at end of my work day. Very much appreciated that. Then to have a surprise extra replacement part cost they thought should have been replaced without my approval. Breaks grinding again within 6 months off and on at times. Took car back to get checked. I heard no air guns being used to remove tires. Definitely not enough time for proper or correct check of both back breaks. He did take it for a short spin and thats it. He said they checked it and heard nothing.

They did a great job fixing my transmission, but their customer service is awful. The girl at the front desk only has her job because she's the wife or daughter of the guy who owns the place. She is terrible at answering questions like "when will my vehicle be done?". For working in an automotive shop,she should have some working knowledge of vehicles. I will never go back to this company solely because of their poor customer service.
