They automatically refilled my prescription before I needed it. Then they called me repeatedly when I turned off automatic refills. When I asked them to stop calling, they first ignored me, and then they canceled my prescription so that once I needed it, I had to wait for my doctor to renew it.

The new pharmacy manager is absolutely a joke. I get my medication regularly and every since her arrival, I watched this pharmacy that use to be so good go bad. I only see her yelling at both her staff and just being plain rude to the customers when they ask for help. All the old staff is gone so there's new people everyday, it's hard to see someone who actually works there; however, the new techs that I have seen a few times have been helpful and kind but still aren't as skilled as the old staff and take longer. The drive thru isn't open which causes the big line. The other pharmacist that was just hired is what's making this rating not a 1, very helpful man and always willing to help customers. Shame to see bad people become managers.

Everyone is so kind and fast! The pharmacists Jennifer and Brant go above and beyond at every opportunity. I've gotten several family members to switch here, best CVS I've ever been to.EDIT: they've hung up on me 3 times just now. Unexcusable.

My doctor sent my perscriptions over and I got a call saying you couldn't fill them due to my insurance. You asked me where I wanted you to send my perceptions instead. I told you Wal-Greens. You said no problems it will be there and ready within 30 minutes. I got to Wal-Greens an hour after the call and the perscriptio was never sent. Now I'm sitting here waiting for my medication when all I want to be doing is resting at home.
