Really like this shop - been getting our cars serviced here since we moved to Rockford. They really communicate well and I like the technology they employ to show you what work needs to be done. They are also always friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

They charged me $100 an hour to try and diagnose my car. Then they asked for another hour because they couldn’t figure it out. I told them hell no and I’ll come and get it.
I took it to FH Automotive and they fixed the problem in two hours. Total bill was under $70.
Thank goodness I didn’t authorize that second hour at 100 bucks.
If anyplace charges you just to look at your problem run don’t walk out of there.

they're always very nice, a bit pricy but they do what they do very well so that you dont have to worry about your car. I definitely recommend going here, super easy to set up appointments online.

Worked with Eric to get an extended warranty on my truck. Eric made the process easy and simple. Helped explain the different plans and found one that fit my budget and needs. Great group of people, highly recommend.

They helped me find a car that not only was in my price range but that fits my needs. This is the 2nd car I have purchased and both cars were a perfect fit. This is the only place I take my car for repairs and the only place I trust. Anytime someone I know says I need a car I tell them to come here.

I never thought id say i loved an auto repair shop but i truly love this place. They are friendly and i never feel like they are ripping me off. They even let me have a loaner car to get around with until my car was done. I will defiantly keep bringing my car there for whatever services i need done. Keep up the good work guys!

Never again. $45 for an oil change and then the upselling begins. Then there are $30 in "taxes" on a $170 bill. Makes no sense on an 8.25% tax rate. Digging further-it's not all taxes there are "fees" added but the clerk had no idea what for. Wow-brutal experience. Ask questions about your bill if you must use his place.

Very happy with the service I received. They kept in constant communication and kept working to find, and fix, the problem causing so much noise. I will definitely recommend Cars r us and will be a return customer. I can drive without worry now.

Brought my Mercury GM in do to stalling and.rough idle.....it was the fuel injectors...they replaced the bad one and car was as good as new...
