No signed lease with this place and major lack of communication. I should say my account was past due. But my belongings were sold at auction without having a signed agreement or lease and no notice or copies of notice to send to auction and not one voicemail indicating any such action. Should be a fun lawsuit coming. This place is pretty much more expensive than anybody in the area. Location's pretty good.Hopefully the manager of location provides me with said copy of a singed lease. Today.Update. Owners were unwilling to send a signed copy of the lease. So I sent them pictures of the link with no signature. Asked for basic information and was polite and was refused. Local business owner here that plans to make this an uproar. Won't send any information on " documents sent via mail or anything.

I absolutely recommend this facility!! I am a single female and being able to enter via keypad is FANTASTIC!! 24 hours as well?!!! Perfect!! This place has amazing lighting and security! I never felt unsafe which is extremely important to me! I was there once and called to ask about the lights.. it was right before or after daylight savings (one of them) and the lights weren't set; I called Juan and he made sure to turn them on right away!!!! Lights were always on from there on out!! Thanks Juan!!Juan has always been GREAT to talk with, he listens and assists!Plus, their website is AMAZING! They actually put a smaller scale dimension for each size!!! With legit items that you really have no idea how big or not big they really are! This takes so much guess work out of deciding what you need! Mine was at Machesney Park location... Thanks!

Boxxed up is a great place to keep your stuff. Awesome customer service, very safe, and clean! Juan is very personable guy to deal with and will go out of his way to help you. I recommend this place to everybody.

I have rented several storage units and this one was by far the cleanest and easiest one to rent so far, I did everything over the phone never had to go anywhere to sign papers or make payments. Staff was very friendly and easy to work with..
