This branch does not care about it's customers. They don't answer their phones for an appointment. You will need to go there at least twice probably more if you want to talk to an actual banker. Go somewhere else.

I ordered checks for one of my checking accounts. The company who made these checks made mistakes. This is the first time I ordered a different style of checks. The checking company made mistakes & I called customer service for some help.Jess M.works in Customer Service handled my call. He was very polite & he immediately took care of the problem. I've been a long time customer with this establishment. The help mannerism professionalism that I received from this young man, "Jess M." is one that I appreciate and was so grateful for his help! . Thanks Jess M.! Here's hoping that Harris BMO Bank appreciates & acknowledges the way you represent the company! You are truly an assist!!

I would have given it 5 stars, but changing hours of operation to 9-5 is very inconvenient when I need to make a weekly deposit and I work from 7:00am -5:30pm out of my home and cannot leave during the day. (Kids) I have stopped using the atm at the bank because this is where I believe my credit card info was stolen 2x from. I stopped using it there, and everything has been fine. The mobile banking app has such terrible reviews. I am afraid to use it. I am probably going to have to switch banks because of this inconvenience.

Our local branch (W. Lane Rd.) has onsite capability of replacing debit cards. My husband has stopped in 4 times now to speak to a personal banker to get a new card as his was hacked and thus cancelled. A personal banker has NOT been on site during any of those visits (they either went home early, went home sick, were at lunch or, as in today's experience, the bank decided not to open). On his last face-to-face visit with a teller he was told to make an appointment w/ a personal banker. They made him one for Monday morning at 9am. He brought up scheduling a later appt due to impending weather. That request was brushed off and he was assured that staff arrives at 8am and it wouldn't be an issue. Guess what? 4th time around and the bank is closed during normal operating hours. He drove 18 miles out of his way from our office to theirs. (And yep...He made it into work AND made it on time to the bank appt.) He tried calling ahead of time to confirm and had to leave a message. Unable to reach anyone, he showed up assuming the appt was still on. There is no excuse in today's technology filled world that someone can't call to say there's snow on the ground and thus we've decided to keep the bank closed. Do you know who wasn't closed? Blackhawk Bank which is located down the street. They were open with a parking lot full of cars. We do our business banking there. I think it's time we switched our personal as well.

After repeated disappointing experiences at the BMO Roscoe branch (no one answering phone, no one in the drive through several times for over 5 minutes, overall long wait times, understaffed, no returned calls or follow up as promised, etc.), the Machesney Park branch has restored my faith in BMO providing great customer service! I was greeted by cheerful, welcoming employees over phone and in person, they had 2 people working inside and 2 in drive-through and shorter wait times. I needed help with getting a record of a handful of specific transactions over a year old and Sallie Phoenix was extremely helpful as patient in tackling each one and printing out the information I needed to balance my books which was very appreciated. I feel so much better now that she took the time to care and did not pawn off my needs to another bank, like the Roscoe branch has done. Thank you BMO of Machesney Park for going above and beyond!
