In regards to Noah's review about your shop and your stunning reply to it.....the pan was removed to perform a fluid/filter replacement in hopes it was just a stuck solenoid or 2. This was AFTER he had reached out to your shop the 1st time about the warranty and you were unwilling to look into it. It was long AFTER that your shop finally agreed to look into the trans. With what your implying is basically no one can perform their own fluid/filter change or flush themselves, without taking it back to you for a fee. Interesting......

Got my transmission rebuilt there not too long ago, blew up with 2k miles and it was under warranty. So I took it to kittos in Roscoe and that’s where it was at in the first place, they checked it out and said the transmission fluid smelt burnt, so they said they were going to proceed with the warranty and send it off to get rebuilt. I paid 85$ for the towing bill and when it got there they pulled it out and checked it and made up a bunch of bs excuses on why they wouldn’t do it, his exact words were “I’m not warrantying this transmission, it’s beat and someone’s been in it and it’s blown.” No shit it’s blown? And first of all I don’t beat on the truck and it blowing up with 2 thousand miles obviously they did something wrong, and the last person to work on it was them so idk how someone’s been in it. So just saying never take a vehicle here, there not loyal to there customers and you’ll be left without a vehicle like me.

I was having problems with my transmission in my 2013 Ram Cummins. They were able to fix it the same day I brought it in. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience here at B&C. The owner was very professional and trustworthy.

Our transmission went out unexpectedly last Sunday and B & C’s came to our rescue. They fit us in and had our Yukon XL back to us, with a new transmission in under 48 hrs. Highly Recommend B & C’s!
