He was honest saying it wasn't the transmission but that my wheel bearings or struts need to be looked at. A Hugh difference in cost than a transmission!”

“I needed new tires ( old ones 10 yrs. old) had an estimate for $700.00. Went and had an estimate with Jim, $400.00. While there my car wouldn't start again. ( happened couple times before) Asked if I could leave my car there. No problem and he would look @ that too!. Well because there was a different rim on there he ordered salvage. Long story short 4 new tires 1 rim & starter all for less than my 1st quote for just 4 tires! Can't thank you enough, Jim. Enjoy the GS cookies!”

“Tredrock tire has been our only tire store for over 20 years. Very fast, honest, good prices and great service. I just send my drivers over and have Tony look at the tires and see what we need. I fully trust him to not sale me something i dont need yet. Even a few times when a tire has failed they stand behind what they sell. “There are only a couple of tire places open on Sunday in the area, and Firestone is one of them. I went in today without an appointment, and Duvaun was quick to greet me and help with what I needed done. He was sure to tell me that he could get it done today, but it would be about an hour or so because I was a walk in and he had a few customers to take care of ahead of me. I decided to walk across the street to get some breakfast while I waited. About a half hour or so later, I could see that my vehicle was already in the shop. I walked back over to the shop and waited for the remainder of the time. Soon enough, Duvaun drove my vehicle out front and came in to finish the paperwork. I paid the invoice and I was on my way. Everything I needed done was taken care of, and I couldn't be happier with them getting it done so quickly, and on a Sunday. This was one of the better experiences I've had at a tire shop in a while, thank you Duvaun and your group of guys!”
