I was quoted about $1,400 for repairs on my truck. The actual bill after the work was done was around $900. Bob could have stuck with the quote I was given, how would I have known. Very honest shop with quality work. I highly recommend Bob and Advanced Automotive Services.

i asked for a quote regarding labor only for a transmission replacement and the guy up front told me they dont work on transmissions. Seems quite odd they can't perform a trans replacement when it states so on their site as well as the sign outside their shop

Took my Nissan to this shop as I was told they could look at it and see what's wrong. The shop had my car for maybe two hours before they left a voicemail for me to come and pick it up because they "don't really work on Nissan's". Went the next day to pick it up and Bob went into detail about the codes and said there were no transmission codes on it but we took it straight to another shop and they said there were transmission codes (& they used the same Snap! system)! Plus, the second shop kept the car for an entire day and when I picked it up it was warmed up already because the guy had just finished looking at it; whereas when I picked it up from this shop it was ice cold, as if it was just sitting there that entire time! I walked out paying nearly $100 just for Bob to tell me to take it to a Nissan dealership. I appreciate them cleaning the leaking oil but I really would have appreciated them being more honest in their dealings. Second shop couldn't fix my car either but at least they had enough integrity to tell me not to put another dime into fixing it! I truly hope other customers have a better experience here because I feel like I was straight lied to! Lol.

Fantastic place! Bob is the man! (as another reviewer put it) Been here many times now. They're honest, do good work at a fair price, and do it in a timely manner. It's great to have a mechanic you can trust. Another reviewer cited an issue with Bob/whoever they talked to being "brusk". I've never had that experience. He does do some of the work himself, so maybe they caught him on a bad day (if you've ever worked on cars, when things don't go your way it can be... frustrating), or misinterpreted his tone. He's always been courteous and professional with me, and seems to be a kind person to-boot
