No need to find another groomer. Pom Pom is here for you ! Very welcoming and nice people. Angie took care of me as it was Chucks first time. Treated me like family and because of that I'll be back. Took about 2-3 hrs just as they had mention. I would recommend making an appointment. Cash and or Quickpay/Venmo no CC. I'll be back thanks Pom Pom. Sounds like they have been around which is always great for small business. Go here over your big box.

I love this place! I've taken my dogs twice and they have come out looking great both times. Virginia is very friendly and she gets them taken care of so quickly. They're also open 7 days a week, which is so convenient because I was having trouble getting my dogs in with the groomers due to my own schedule. We've already referred one person to them and will continue to do so from now on. Thank you, Pom Pom!

Excellent service and wonderful customer service. They do a great job at comforting and grooming my dog. Every other place I ever took my dog for grooming had him come back almost traumatized however whenever I've brought him afterwards he is his normal energetic self.

The shop was dirty she had so many dogs there my dog was scared the price was great the shop was to small. I won't take my dog back there

I scheduled an appointment on the behalf of my mom who speaks primarily Polish, but insisted she wanted to take her Yorkie mix to Pom Pom because of rave reviews from family in the area.Angie took my call and was SO sweet, energetic and especially patient with me being “the middle man”.I told my mom she’s definitely in good hands and to not stress about any communication, as Angie said she’d keep things simple and contact me if there was anything in depth needed to be explained.Sure enough, she called when she was working on the pup and asked for any special requests, obviously paying attention to a lot of detail that other groomers never have.Before his appointment was over, I called my mom to see how it was going and Angie jumped on the call to inform me she found a tick. She seemed so genuine in her concerns, explaining where it was, what she did and what we need to look out for. She’s clearly very educated and that gave us a peace of mind, not having to panic with what to do next.The pup ended up looking SO handsome, with the perfect cut! My mom is thrilled with how short and even it all is, as no other place has managed to get it like this.Angie is someone you can trust with your furry loved ones. She gives you the sense of security in knowing and loving what she does.

We have been taking all of our dogs here for over 20 years. The owner is delightful, intuitive and attentive to the dogs' needs. She has specialists who come in to work in their teeth as well. I would recommend PomPom to anyone who asked about a local groomer. Definitely A+.

Definitely super friendly. My chihuahua is not friendly but she was great with him. Went for nail trimm and I'm very pleased with the service. Have been going here for 8yrs now!

We love Virginia. She's the only one our dog would go to. We moved to Lemont three years ago and have gone thru five groomers. They would call and tell us he won't calm down, he hates the dryer, etc. He's a very anxious dog. Virginia has the patience of a saint!!! She just calmly talks to him. She's the best!! ?
