I have been going to them for about 8 years.First let me say they are the most kindest and nicest people I truly think I have ever dealt with . Also thay are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile. my previous C-Path company is a big and well know they only cared about sell me something with very little back up support.

I came in to their office having been told that the cord did not work on my cpap machine, I and my provider are from out of state. The super nice lady helped me figure out that it was the machine that was broken not the cord, saving me money and time by getting me on track to fix the real problem. Such nice people! Wish you were in my town. Thank you.

I recently had a sleep test after 30+ years of Apnea. Illinois Sleep Providers gave me the consultation of the machine prescribed by my Doctor. Everyone I dealt with at Illinois Sleep Provider was beyond fantastic. The staff Minerva the office manager and Trini were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Alejandra (Alex) the PT was so thorough and knowledgeable it made my visit a dream, which is why we go for this therapy, to sleep and dream better. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing sleep apnea machines or supplies. Tell your doctor this is who you want to deal with. The have a sign above the door "COME AS A STRANGER LEAVE A FRIEND". Sums up this business perfectly.

The staff at Illinois Sleep Provider is absolutely wonderful. They are all extremely knowledgeable, friendly, & will take as much time as you need to explain all functions of the CPAP & will try every face mask to make sure you pick something comfortable. Also in contrast to so many other providers, they actually HAVE CPAPs IN STOCK! Another critical difference from other places is the support they provide you AFTER you get the CPAP, which is critical to your success in using a CPAP machine. They tell you to feel free to call them with any questions. Take them up on their offer! They will help you! My issues were: (1) too much air pressure was coming in that I was fighting to exhale. I called them & they adjusted my setting. Easy Peasy. They can make every change remotely. (2) My other issue was that since I had the humidifier, the humidifier was set too high & it was causing me to get congested & unable to use the CPAP. I called to report this issue & they manually reduced the humidity setting until we determined that I didn't need the humidifier at all so it was turned off completely. (3) Another issue I had was that the CPAP tubing is long --6 feet-- and it can dangle on the floor or on top of you, which is awkward. They gave me a simple but effective tip: hang the tubing over your bed post or bed head board. Problem solved! Whatever your issue, they can help. I can't recommend them enough. I tried another place 7 years ago and gave up on the CPAP then because I was given no support by the company. Illinois Sleep Provider provides you with all the support you will need to succeed. As for parking, since the business is in a building right on Ogden Avenue, you can not park right in front of the business. You need to park at the parking lot of the laundromat, just past their office, right next to them. I've attached photos.

I have been using a CPAP for a little over two years now. I had nothing but problems with the first supplier my doctor's office recommended me to. But I switched to Illinois sleep providers. What a difference!! The staff is phenomenal!!! Minerva, Trinidad and Alex are great to work with!! You never have to hunt them down ever. They call you to remind you when it's time for supplies. They arrive on time. They return your phone calls promptly. They don't mess around they treat you right. Give them a try, you will be glad you did.

I first was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea back in 2017. My doctor and hospital suggested Illinois Sleep Providers for my equipment. I met the staff of Illinois Sleep Providers, specifically, Minerva. Minerva and the staff were wonderful back than and still are. They walked me through how to use the diverse types of CPAP machines. I went through two of them until the both of us agreed on the best one for me. They also helped with the Medicare billing for me. They kept me advised when it was time to replace my equipment and were there without fail if I had a silly question about my equipment. They were always immensely helpful. I recommend Illinois Sleep Providers of Lyons, Illinois. You WILL NOT be disappointed. I have just moved to Indiana and unfortunately, Illinois Sleep Providers will not be able to help as far equipment replacement goes. However, in speaking with Minerva, she indicated what I would need to do to find a compatible CPAP provider that accepts Medicare. She even went as far to say that if I needed anything or a question to feel free to call her. O.K., another reason you need to use this business. What other place would treat you this way. I just hope that in Indiana I can find another location that is as concerned about their patients as Minerva and the staff of Illinois Sleep Provider.

Illinois Sleep Provider is a wonderful CPAP equipment provider. They are very responsive to your needs and easy to get ahold of. They are always reaching out to see how my therapy is going and always available if I have any questions. I am truly happy that I chose Illinois Sleep Provider and you will be happy too! Howard

I arrived at this place looking to replace my cpap mask, i rang the doorbell and a woman came to the door and let me in, she ask me what i needed and i i told her that i needed to replace my mask, she was talking down to me, her whole demeanor was very aggressive and disrespectful to the point that j was compelled to tell her that, I said to her, you know "if I was the owner of this business I would not like you treating my customers in such manner,"She took a minute to reflect and proceded to "help"me.After we had found the mask that i needed she informed me that i needed a doctor s script to bu it, even though i was replacing it because the strap was torn, and I was going to pay cash myself, eitherway, she said i couldn't buy it, i said ok can i please take a picture of the package so i know next time what to get, but she literally snatched it out of the table where it was placed just before I took the picture with my phone, I said excuse me what is the problem with me taking a picture of the pavkage?..it's not some form of illegal substance its just a piece of packaging, she thought about it and allowed me to take the picture at wich point I said thank you, and goodbye, feeling totally disrespected apparently based on my appearence, i would never allow any of my employees to treat my customers in such manner, i hope the owner sees this review and I will be very happy to discuss the terrible experiences i had in his store.There was another young lady there who heard the whole exchange, I'm hoping this woman was just having a bad day, because she had zero customer skills, and zero manners.
