Left the cap off my coolant during an inspection. Service Manager made that right. Seemed like a solid guy. Then suddenly added $27 to the cost of an oil change out of nowhere. That's a 50% price hike. That's the sort of price change that necessitates a VERY big sign and a VERY firm warning for returning clients. Oil change went from $50 to $77 overnight! Didn't find out until after it was complete and I am certain the guy who took my keys quoted me $49 (which was the expected rate pre-tax).

My experience with Freeway Ford was good. After what seemed like years of waiting (about a year and a half) I finally took delivery of my 2022 Ford Bronco. My biggest fear was dealership markup’s. I heard of horror stories from other customers whose dealership were marking up their Bronco orders by thousands of dollars even when Ford told them they had price lock guarantee. I was happy to find out that Freeway Ford kept their word and were conducting honest business with me. I drove my Bronco home with our original agreed upon price. I could not be happier with how my salesman Steve and Freeway Ford conducted business with me. Even after a few days of driving my Bronco around the city, Steve reached out to me and asked if I had any questions about my purchase. He assured me that if I had any question at any point I could reach out to him for answers. Overall it was a great experience at Freeway Ford.

The parts department is a joke here , from not getting any calls back to being told parts are days or even weeks out. Then kindly ask of a part number trying to help out a stranded family. being told “Not a chance “ “we don’t do that here” and “that’s not my job” what a terrible operation. The price for the part was also $900 more than from any other dealer or even Cummins itself. Guy told me no one had one locally and he was the only one that could get it . Dealer had it in Joliet. CLASS ACT HERE FOLKS !

Ordered a Maverick from Freeway Ford in October '21. It finally came in May '22. Freeway Ford honored our originally agreed on price and was no hassle no drama when picking the truck up. A very pleasant buying experience. Will be buying from again.
